Dek- en betalingsvoorwaarden voor 2023:
Sectie A: Airborne Montgomery: €200 exclusief 9% BTW (€ 218 inclusief BTW) exclusief overige kosten bv. dekafdrachten en dierenartskosten op aanvraag Dekking vindt plaats op natuurlijke wijze (aan de hand) en vindt plaats op basis van hengstigheid. Merries dienen aan de achterhoeven geen ijzers te hebben, er bestaat evt. mogelijkheid om die ter plekke te verwijderen. Laat uw merrie het dekken niet toe, dan staken wij de dekking. Stalling beschikbaar à €6 excl. 21% BTW per dag. Dit is inclusief stro en hooi, eventueel krachtvoer dient u zelf mee te brengen. Voor het dekgeld ontvangt u een factuur, deze dient voor aankomst voldaan te zijn. Sectie D: Caederwen Saracen: € 400 excluding 9% VAT (€ 436 inclusief BTW) exclusief overige kosten bv. dekafdrachten, verzendkosten, evt. inseminatiekosten. Dierenartskosten op aanvraag. Bevruchting vindt plaats via kunstmatige inseminatie. Verzending van sperma (binnen Nederland) loopt via Stoeterij Du Bois en is mogelijk van maandag t/m zondag. De gemaakte verzendkosten worden doorberekend aan de merriehouder. Stalling beperkt beschikbaar à €10 excl. 21% BTW per dag. Dit is inclusief stro en hooi, eventueel krachtvoer dient u zelf mee te brengen. Inseminatie van uw merrie kan ook bij ons in Heteren plaatsvinden. Cover and payment terms for 2023:
Section A: Airborne Montgomery: € 200 excluding 9% VAT (€ 218 including VAT) excluding other costs, such as studbook fees and veterinary costs on request Covering takes place in a natural way, when your mare is receptive. Mares should not have shoes on the hind hooves, there is the possibility to remove these on the spot. If your mare does not allow breeding, we will discontinue the cover attempt. It's possible for your mare to stay in one of our stables at € 6 excl. 21% VAT per day. This includes straw and hay, you must bring your own concentrate if necessary. You will receive an invoice for the stud fee, which must be paid before arrival. Section D: Caederwen Saracen: € 400 excluding 9% VAT (€ 436 including VAT) excluding other costs, e.g. studbook fees, shipping costs, insemination costs. Veterinary costs on request. Fertilization takes place through artificial insemination. Semen is sent (inside the Netherlands) via Studfarm Du Bois, which is possible from Monday to Sunday. The shipping costs incurred are passed on to the mare owner. It's possible for your mare to stay in one of our stables at € 10 excl. 21% VAT per day. This includes straw and hay, you must bring your own concentrate if necessary Insemination of your mare can also take place at Airborne Stud in Heteren. Algemene voorwaarden:
Merries worden gedekt of geïnsemineerd voor rekening en risico van de merrie eigenaar. Eventueel verblijf geschiedt geheel op eigen risico. De bij ons aangekomen merries dienen in goede gezondheid te verkeren. Het paspoort dient bij aankomst te worden overlegd. Mocht uw merrie dringend hulp van een dierenarts nodig hebben, dan wordt deze onmiddellijk ingeroepen, eventuele kosten hiervan zijn voor de merrie eigenaar. Stoeterij Airborne aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor schade, ziekte of letsel aan mensen, dieren, vervoermiddelen of anderszins. De merrie evt. met veulen kan door ons gehaald en/of gebracht worden, vergoeding in overleg. Dekken met een hengst op locatie is in overleg ook mogelijk, ook hiervoor vergoeding in overleg. Bij een niet gebleken drachtigheid na meerdere dekpogingen krijgt u na overlegging van een gustverklaring van de dierenarts 50% reductie op het dektarief. Deze verklaring dient u voor 1 oktober 2023 te overleggen. Door het maken van een afspraak voor een dekking of het bestellen van sperma verklaart de merriehouder kennis te hebben genomen van onze algemene voorwaarden en verklaart zich akkoord met de dek- en betalingsvoorwaarden. Stalruimte is gelimiteerd, dus we horen graag vroegtijdig als u van plan bent om te komen dekken. General conditions:
Mares are covered or inseminated at the expense and risk of the mare owner. Any stay is entirely at your own risk. The mares arriving with us must be in good health. The passport must be presented upon arrival. If your mare urgently needs help from a veterinarian, he/she will be called in immediately, any costs involved are for the mare owner. Airborne Stud does not accept any liability for damage, illness or injury to people, animals, means of transport or otherwise. The mare possibly with foal can be collected and/or brought by us, payment in consultation. Mating with a stallion on location is also possible in consultation, also reimbursement in consultation. In case of non-proven pregnancy you will receive a 50% reduction on the covering rate after submission of a gust statement from the veterinarian. You must submit this statement before 1 October 2023. By making an appointment for mating or the ordering of semen, the mare owner declares to have taken note of our general terms and conditions and declares to agree with the mating and payment conditions. Stable space is limited, so we would like to hear from you early if you are planning to mate.
